Everything ready! Last minute goodbyes and we were off. First stop costco and then met up with our friends the Blacks who were going to join us for the trip to the mainland. Arrived at the Duke Point ferry for the 5:45 sailing only to be told we may get on the last one at 10:45. Off to departure bay in record time to get the 5:20. Had a great visit with the Blacks. Ned,Ted,and mom had a sleep over and dad spent the night in Home Depot parking lot.
