Today we conquered the Cabot Trail. After taking the advise of our wives, grandpa Dave and myself decided that we would drive the trail in the truck, in a clockwise direction to stay on the inside lane. Although the road was steep and narrow, the sights were beautiful. As we drove, were blessed with a large bull moose feeding 50 feet off the hwy. We stopped at a gift shop where Ted got a new hat. Then we stopped for a tailgate lunch and a play on the beach at a little fishing town called White Point. Later in the afternoon we stopped at to go for a hike. Ned and Ted and myself traversed the rocks and crossed a stream to get to the beach, while the others drove around and met us. We found one of the ten red chairs hidden throughout the park, and then the boys had a play in the waves. Back to the camp for a swim in the pool, dinner, and Lone Ranger before bed.
